1543 ET - Americans are willing to change up their purchasing habits if it means they can get more protein, according to a consumer survey from restaurant consulting firm Revenue Management Solutions. The survey found that almost 50% of respondents will switch brands for higher-protein options, and 38% are willing to pay premium prices for high-protein meals. Those shares are greater among Millennials, with 57% willing to switch brands and 49% willing to pay more for high-protein meals, according to the survey. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
