Marriott International (MAR) said Monday that it recorded a net rooms growth of 4.3% in 2025, adding more than 700 properties and nearly 100,000 rooms to its system.

The company said it added 630 properties through organic deals in 2025, representing over 89,000 rooms.

The company said that at the end of 2025, it had about 610,000 rooms in the pipeline, up 5.7% from a year earlier.
