Fullshare Raises Subscription Price of Share Placement

Fullshare Holdings (HKG:0607) said it revised the subscription price of its recently announced share placement, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Tuesday.

The conglomerate raised the subscription price marginally from HK$1.04 per share to HK$1.05 per share.

The company will continue to issue 75 million shares and 55 million shares to two separate investors at the revised price for gross proceeds of HK$133.4 million.

The funds are intended for the repayment of the company's loans and amounts payable, business development and for working capital.
