Turaco Gold (ASX:TCG) said extensional drilling at its Afema project's Adiopan in the Ivory Coast has confirmed high-grade and broad widths of gold mineralization along 1.5 kilometres of strike extension, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 42 meters at 2.76 grams per tonne gold from 44 meters, and 10 meters at 1.19 g/t gold from 103 meters.

Gold mineralization has been extended by about 1.5 kilometres to the southwest of the previously reported Adiopan results released in October 2025, which were not incorporated into the most recent Afema project mineral resource estimate update.

In addition to the depth and strike extensions, this latest drilling has also discovered new, previously undrilled, parallel mineralized shears along about 500 meters of strike, the filing added.

The company said that the Afema project resource update is currently being undertaken, with Adiopan results expected to deliver "material" growth and expected to be delivered during the first quarter of 2026, which will form the basis of the Afema pre-feasibility study currently underway.

The company added that it is continuing exploration drilling, targeting discoveries with rigs operating at Baffia, Kotoka, Affienou, and along the Afema Shear.

The company's shares rose past 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
