Kintor Pharmaceutical (HKG:9939) said its chief executive, Youzhi Tong, bought an additional 4.7 million shares of the company from the open market, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The shares were bought for an average price of HK$2.30 apiece, or around HK$10.8 million in total.
The shares represent around 0.9425% of the firm's total issued share capital.
