Lippo Malls Indonesian Retail Trust or LMIRT (SGX:D5IU) issued up to over 9.01 billion new units following the resuls of a renounceable and non-underwritten rights issue, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the issue of the new units, there are around 16.7 billion units in the issue.

The new units were listed and quoted on the same day, the filing said.

Shares of the trust plunged nearly 13% in Monday trading.
