Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) said Chief Financial Officer Malik Jainudeen resigned, effective at the end of April, to pursue a new role at another organization, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will start a search for a new CFO, the filing said.

The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
