Tech stocks were mixed late Monday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) adding 0.8% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) shedding 1.2%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index eased 0.3%.

In corporate news, Cisco Systems (CSCO) shares rose 3.4% after the company introduced the Cisco 360 Partner Program to help clients implement AI technology more quickly.
