Cboe Global Markets (CBOE) said Monday it has named Scott Johnston as chief operating officer, effective Feb. 17, replacing Chris Isaacson, who will retire from that role, effective March 6

Johnston held senior leadership positions at Akuna Capital and other firms.

Cboe said Isaacson will continue to serve as an adviser to the company until the end of 2026.
