Spain's Sepblac watchdog fined Santander more than 40 million euros ($47 million) over past anti‑money‑laundering deficiencies at its digital unit Openbank, Bloomberg news reported on Friday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

Vodafone España is in talks with Orange ORAN.PA and Telefonica to create a mobile network-sharing joint venture in Spain to cut fixed costs, said Eamonn O'Hare, CEO of Zegona ZEG.L, which owns Vodafone España, in an interview with Expansion published on Monday.
