Diginex (DGNX) said Wednesday it appointed Lubomila Jordanova as Chief Executive Officer.

Jordanova succeeds Mark Blick, who has stepped down from the role, effective immediately, Diginex said.

Jordanova is the founder and former CEO of Plan A, a provider of AI-driven carbon accounting and decarbonization software that Diginex acquired recently, the company said.
