Technology stocks were rising pre-bell Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 1% higher and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 0.9%.

ASML Holding (ASML) stock was up more than 4% after the company reported higher Q4 earnings and sales.
