January 27, 2026-- Triton International Limited ("Triton") today announced that the Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on its issued and outstanding preference shares, including an initial dividend on its 7.500% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preference Shares (NYSE: TRTN PRG). The dividends, which have payment dates of March 15, 2026, will be payable on the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2026 as follows:
