Block (ASX:XYZ) said Chief Accounting Officer Ajmere Dale resigned, effective Feb. 26, to pursue a new opportunity, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Amrita Ahuja will assume the role of interim principal accounting officer following Dale's resignation, while a search for a permanent successor takes place, the filing added.
