TYK Medicines (HKG:2410) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a filing notice approving its Hong Kong-listed shares' full circulation application, according to a Jan. 23 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in late-morning trade on Monday.
The approval covers the conversion of 4.6 million domestic shares held by one shareholder into 4.6 million Hong Kong-listed shares.
Subject to listing approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the converted shares will be listed and traded on the main board.
