New Oriental Education & Technology (EDU) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.45 per diluted American depositary share, up from $0.26 a year earlier.
Net revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $1.19 billion, compared with $1.04 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.16 billion.
The company expects fiscal Q3 net revenue of $1.31 billion to $1.35 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.33 billion.
For fiscal 2026, the company raised its net revenue guidance to between $5.29 billion and $5.49 billion from its prior range of $5.15 billion to $5.39 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.38 billion.
New Oriental shares were up 5.3% in recent premarket activity.
