Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) appointed Darren Rowland as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 23, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Rowland most recently served as CFO and joint company secretary of Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC), per the filing.

Rowland will succeed CFO Andy Giles Knopp, who resigned in November 2025 and will stay until March 11 for a smooth transition, the filing added.
