Tianqi Lithium (HKG:9696, SHE:002466) expects a net profit attributable to shareholders of 369 million yuan to 553 million yuan for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, reversing a loss of about 7.92 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the lithium company were down more than 8% in Friday morning trade.
Basic earnings per share are expected to be 0.22 yuan to 0.34 yuan, versus a loss of 4.82 yuan per share in 2024.
