The company on Friday said it completed the second and final payment under its August 2025 sale and purchase agreement with Francis and Gellatly Holdings, finalizing the acquisition of Roofing Industries.
Meanwhile, the health services sector fell below 1%.
Ryman Healthcare (NZE:RYM, ASX:RYM) was down nearly 2% in recent trade.
