United Acquisition Corp. I (UAC) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 each.
IPO underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional units.
Each unit comprises one class A share and one-quarter of a redeemable warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.
The company said it expects its units to start trading on NYSE American under the ticker symbol UACU Thursday, while its shares and warrants will be listed under the symbols UAC and UACW, respectively.
The IPO is expected to close Friday.
