Technology stocks were declining pre-bell Friday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 0.5% lower and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) down more than 1%.

Sandisk (SNDK) shares were up more than 23% after the company posted increased fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income and revenue, and issued fiscal Q3 outlook above analysts' expectations.

KLA (KLAC) stock was down more than 7% even after the company reported higher fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Shares of AppFolio (APPF) were down more than 7% after the company issued 2026 revenue outlook that missed analysts' expectations.
