TTK Prestige's (NSE:TTKPRESTIG, BOM:517506) consolidated attributable profit declined to 329 million Indian rupees in the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, from 584.5 million rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share contracted to 2.40 rupees from 4.27 rupees a year earlier, the kitchen appliances and cookware manufacturer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q3 rose to 8.01 billion rupees from 7.27 billion rupees a year ago.

The company's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
