Quanta Computer (TPE:2382) will subscribe to 179,160 series C preferred shares issued by Pasqal SAS worth 25 million euros, or NT$894.3 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.

Shares slid over 1% in Thursday's midday trade.

The deal will be funded through the company's own capital, it said.
