Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI) said that it will continue discussions with potential financiers for the development of its Bankan gold project in Guinea during the March quarter, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expects its upcoming merger with Robex Resources (ASX:RXR), along with strong gold prices, to materially reduce the external funding needed for the project, the filing said.
Shares of Predictive Discovery fell nearly 2% in recent Thursday trade, while those of Robex Resources shed about 3%.
