Evertec (EVTC) agreed to acquire Dimensa, a technology provider serving banks and other financial institutions in Brazil, for 950 million reais ($181 million).

The transaction is expected to close in Q2, subject to approvals and customary conditions, Evertec said Monday in a statement.
