Minieye Technology (HKG:2431) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a filing notice for its Hong Kong share full circulation application, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The approval covers the conversion of 89.6 million unlisted shares into Hong Kong-listed shares.
The converted shares represent about 21.29% of the company's total issued share capital.
Subject to listing approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the shares will be listed and traded on the main board.
