Washington Post to lay off hundreds of journalists, NYT reports

Feb 4 (Reuters) - The Washington Post plans to lay off hundreds of journalists, the New York Times reported on Wednesday, citing a video call with employees.

This move comes days after the newspaper scaled back its coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympics amid mounting financial losses.
