RadNet (RDNT) said Tuesday it has acquired six multimodality outpatient imaging centers of Northwest Radiology Network, located in the greater Indianapolis area.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is expected to contribute annual revenue of about $18 million to RadNet, the company said.
