Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) recorded a historical resource estimate of 56,850 tons at 2,400 parts-per-million grade of triuranium octoxide and 1.47% grade of vanadium pentoxide at the Yellow Cat uranium-vanadium project in Utah, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The resource was interpreted from six phases of drilling carried out by the US Bureau of Mines in conjunction with the US Geological Society between Oct. 8, 1951, and Nov. 23, 1954.
Its shares rose over 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
