Estrella Resources (ASX:ESR) secured a AU$2 million partial underwriting deal with Lightview Asset for its listed options, exercisable at AU$0.018 apiece, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Lightview Asset will underwrite the exercise of 111 million options, with the underwriters subscribing or procuring subscriptions for such number of shares as is equal to the number of underwritten options which are not exercised by Dec. 13, the expiry date, the filing said.
