Ams-Osram agreed to sell its non-optical analog/mixed-signal sensor business.

The optical products company said Tuesday it would sell it to Infineon for 750 million euros in cash, or about $886.1 million.

The business being sold includes automotive, industrial and medical applications.

The business generated about EUR220 million in annual revenue in 2025.

The deal includes related business assets, intellectual property and about 230 employees, Ams-Osram said.

Production facilities aren't part of the transaction. Instead, Ams-Osram will provide manufacturing services to Infineon for a multi-year period.

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
