Cboe Might Challenge Prediction Markets With All-or-Nothing Trades -- WSJ

Cboe Global Markets is talking to brokerages about bringing back "all-or-nothing" options contracts for invidual investors.

Such a move would put Cboe in direct competition with prediction markets. Platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket surged in popularity this past year as individual investors grew more comfortable with riskier trades, and gained confidence in their ability to call newsy events ranging from the outcome of the Super Bowl and the direction of the stock market to the winners of Golden Globes
