Seatrium (SGX:5E2) completed the divestment of the AmFELS Yard in Texas, US, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

In a filing from Sept. 23, 2025, the company had executed an agreement to dispose of the asset to Karpower Valley, a related party of Karpowership, through its subsidiary, Seatrium AmFELS, for SG$65 million.
