Road King Infrastructure (HKG:1098) said the winding-up hearing petition filed against its New Select Global unit was adjourned to Feb. 16, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

The hearing was originally scheduled to take place on Feb. 2 in the British Virgin Islands commercial court to seek the recovery of previously issued debt.

The case was filed by the trustee of one series of senior notes with an alleged principal amount of $441.6 million plus accrued interest, of which New Select is a guarantor.
