Kangda International Environmental (HKG:6136) said Zhou Wei resigned as the chief financial officer of the firm, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.

Meanwhile, Li Zhong stepped down as chairman but will remain an executive director.

Li was succeeded by Du Lindong, an executive director, as chairman of the board, the firm said.
