Amcor (ASX:AMC) reported Wednesday fiscal second quarter adjusted earnings of $0.86 per share, up from $0.80 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.84.
Net sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was $5.45 billion, compared with $3.24 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.54 billion.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance and expects adjusted EPS of $4 to $4.15, representing 12% to 17% growth on a constant currency basis. Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of $4.02.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, up from $0.6375 a year earlier, payable March 17 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 25.
