Consumer stocks were mixed pre-bell Monday, with the State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLP) 0.2% higher and the State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLY) down 0.4%.

Walt Disney (DIS) stock was down more than 2% after the company reported a decline in fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings.
