Construction Partners (ROAD) reported fiscal Q1 net income Thursday of $0.31 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.06 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.25.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $809.5 million, up from $561.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected revenue of $743.1 million.
The company increased its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $3.48 billion to $3.56 billion from the previous range of $3.4 billion to $3.5 billion. Analysts expect revenue of $3.45 billion.
The company's shares were up 2.4% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
