Tesla (TSLA) is looking into potential US sites for solar cell manufacturing, including New York, Arizona, and Idaho, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The sources told Bloomberg that among the options are expanding production at the company's factory in Buffalo, New York, and building another facility in New York.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
