Century Communities Raises Dividend 10%

Century Communities raised its quarterly dividend 10% to 32 cents a share.

The homebuilder said Wednesday it will pay the dividend on March 11 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 25.

The new payout, equal to $1.28 per year, represents an annual yield of 1.9% based on Wednesday's closing price of $68.81.
