APAC Realty's (SGX:CLN) unit, ERA Realty Network, was named as one of three co-defendants in a High Court of Singapore lawsuit, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the real estate company were down nearly 1% in Thursday trading.

The claimants in the suit are seeking damages for alleged breach of duty of care and are claiming an amount of SG$731,212 in damages.

The company is currently seeking legal advice over the matter and intends to defend the suit, the filing added.
