Adtalem Global Education (ATGE) said Thursday that it is changing its name to Covista following a four-year transition to become a healthcare education company.

The company said it will also update its New York Stock Exchange ticker to "CVSA" from "ATGE" to reflect the name change, with its shares to start trading under the new ticker on Feb. 24.
