Resources Global Development (SGX:V7R) said Thomas Yeo Tze Khern has withdrawn his resignation as the chief financial officer of the company, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The decision was taken following discussions with the company's management.

Yeo had initially tendered his resignation on Nov. 26, 2025, with effect from Feb. 23.

Shares of the coal distribution company were down over 4% at the close of trading on Friday.
