Nanofilm Technologies International (SGX:MZH) agreed to establish a joint venture in China named Dongguan Najin Technology with Cheng Xiao Na, Dai Di Sen and HeChuang Tech, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the deep-tech nanotechnology materials manufacturer were down nearly 2% in Friday morning trading.
The company will hold a 30.8% stake in the joint venture, which will undertake marketing, promotion, sale and distribution of vacuum coating equipment.
The joint venture is part of the company's plan to enter Southern China, the filing added.
