FSN E-Commerce Ventures (NSE:NYKAA, BOM:543384), which operates beauty retailing brand Nykaa, recorded a sharp increase in its attributable consolidated net profit to 633.1 million Indian rupees in the fiscal third quarter from 261.2 million rupees a year ago, according to a Thursday filing with the Indian exchanges.
Shares of the company rose over 4% in Friday trade.
Earnings per share during the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, rose to 0.22 rupees from 0.09 rupees a year earlier. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected 0.25 rupees.
