0615 GMT - AIMS APAC REIT's outlook appears positive after its 3Q FY 2026 results slightly beat expectations, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report. Key drivers ahead will likely be positive contributions from acquisitions and asset enhancement initiatives, lower coupons for perpetual securities, and reduced finance costs, the analyst says. The REIT's comfortable balance sheet position also offers scope for further inorganic distribution-per-unit growth. RHB Research raises its FY 2027 and FY 2028 DPU forecasts for the REIT by 2% and 3%, respectively, to reflect cost savings from perpetual securities. Units are unchanged at S$1.54.
