Ladder Capital (LADR) shares fell more than 5% in recent Thursday trading after the company reported Q4 distributable earnings of $0.17 per diluted share, down from $0.27 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, which is the sum of net interest income and total other income, was $50.4 million, down from $68.6 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $58.7 million.
