Rocket-owned (RKT) Redfin said Friday it launched an application in Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI's ChatGPT that allows users to find property listings and market data through conversational artificial intelligence.

The new tool enables property seekers to ask specific questions about housing and narrow their results without repeatedly inputting search parameters, the company said.

Consumers can access the feature by searching for the real estate brokerage in the application settings of ChatGPT, it said.

Shares of Rocket were up 1.9% in recent Friday premarket activity.
