Visma Weighs Delaying London IPO, FT Says, Citing Unnamed Sources

--Software company Visma is considering delaying its initial public offering in London to the second half of the year following a broad selloff in the global software sector, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The company--owned by the British buyout firm Hg--has been exploring a U.K. listing as early as the first half of the year, the FT says.

--Market conditions have made it challenging for Visma to pursue a listing, although preparations are continuing so the company can move ahead when conditions improve, the FT adds.

--Hg and Visma declined to comment to the FT.
