China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) or CGS redeemed short-term bonds worth 4.02 billion yuan, including interest, according to a Friday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds, which had a principal amount of 4 billion yuan, were first issued in October 2025, with a coupon rate of 1.66% and a term of 112 days.
The bonds matured on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
The company's Hong Kong shares fell less than 2% during the morning trade.
